High Price of Higher Education

This year the Florida Legislation raised the price of tuition at Florida public colleges. At what point does the price for college and graduate school become an entrance barrier. I am currently in graduate school and paying an incredible price per every credit hour. Like many Americans I was told go to college and then go to graduate school.  You'll find a great high paying job when you get out. Wow, what a mistake! All I found was mounting debt and no job. 
Where is the $80,000 to $1000,000 a year a job that was suppose to be guaranteed? I might be able to find a job that pays $50,000 a year. How am i going to pay my mortgage, car, insurance, and have a life when I am paying $300 to $400 a month for 10 years in student loans? Good bye new car every 7 years, hello pinto and apartment, home sweet home.

Teacher Pay

I believe good teachers should be entitled to higher pay rates. Teachers are getting paid to little in society compared to business men. The average teacher makes between $30,000 and $40,00 a year. I know they only work 3/4 of the year, but have you ever tried to teach a 18 3rd graders? Its hard work. If we pay our teachers a higher salary more people would become teachers. In turn schools could become more selective of who they choose to teach. They no longer have accept only the few that appl every year.

Heathcare Reform

All of us know there is a problem with Healthcare: Price of Insurance or the availability. I like most of you don't want the government insurance reform passed. However, I believe the problem with healthcare can not be fixed by a government run industry. But, I do believe government interventinon can help reduce the cost of health insurance. The government needs to put in-place measures that insure that false malpractice suites will be stopped and that no matter the pre-conidition every person should be allowed to have access to healthcare.
